The three 'middle-days' unique to the Elvish calendars such as the Reckoning of Rivendell; modern 25, 26 and 27 September. Every twelfth year, these Enderi were increased in number from three to six. Enderi were also used in the calendars of the Dúnedain, though using a different system, whereby two Enderi (rather than the Elves' three) were used at midsummer every fourth year.
